STEERING GEAR
Danfoss steering unit, hydrostatic type, with load sensing
signal which regulates flow coming from the priority vale to power
steering and connected to the reservoir for free flow when the steering
unit is in neutral position. The hydraulic power steering acts on two
double-acting cylinders, in protected position, which causes the
relevant front and back chassis to turn around the hinge pin.
ARM AND CHASSIS
The vehicle bearing frame consists in a front and rear chassis
connected by a two-axles ball-joint, vertical for the steering angle
(+/- 40°) and horizontal for the oscillation (+/- 12°). For special
applications, the oscillation of front and rear chassis can be locked
by two hydraulic pistons, inside the rear chassis, (DBS
system-optional), through a single electric control. Both the front and
the rear chassis are arranged in advance to accommodate interchangeable
attachments. Arm structure made of special steel. The rear un-coupling
is provided with adjustment sliding devices on the stabilizers, to
eliminate the oscillation and to reduce the wear and tear.
Its possible to lock the backhoe in different positions: diagonally
on left or on right, centrally and at 45° on left or on right.
